What we know

What we know about Google profiles

For a lot of local searches, your Google profile is the first thing a buyer sees about your business, before your website.

01

An active profile looks open for business

Fresh photos, current hours and regular posts tell a buyer you’re busy and answering. A profile untouched for a year makes them wonder.

02

Steady reviews beat a burst

Asking every customer the same way after every job brings a steady stream of reviews. Google’s rules ban paying for reviews and asking only the happy customers, so we never do either.

03

How you reply is read by the next buyer

A short, specific reply on a good review and a calm, careful one on a bad review both show the next homeowner how you treat customers.

It’s the right first move when

  • Your Google profile hasn’t been touched in months
  • Competitors nearby have more reviews and newer photos
  • Customers are happy but almost none leave a review

The work

How we do it

  1. 01

    Clean up the profile

Categories, services, attributes, hours, photos, description and questions, checked and fixed so they match what you actually do.

  2. 02

    Post from your jobs

About three posts a week, built from your real jobs and photos, each naming the service and the town. Send us photos as you work and we turn them into posts. Each month we also ask you for a fresh batch, so the profile never runs dry.

  3. 03

    Ask every customer

Every finished job gets the same review request. We never filter who gets asked and never offer anything for a review.

  4. 04

    Reply to every review

Replies to 4- and 5-star reviews are written and posted for you. A person checks every 1- to 3-star reply before it posts.

  5. 05

    Fix the listings

We build and fix your directory listings where you need them, so your name, address and phone match everywhere. Listings that disagree make your business harder for Google to trust.

  6. 06

    Check the map

We take a map-grid baseline across your area, track your position, and show you where you’re strong and where you’re not yet.

Questions

Do you filter which customers get asked?

No. Every customer gets the same request, and every review is real.

Who replies to our reviews?

Replies to 4- and 5-star reviews are written and posted for you. A person checks every 1- to 3-star reply before it posts.

Can you remove a bad review?

Google decides what stays up, so nobody can promise a removal. What we can do is make sure your reply is calm and specific.

Where do the post photos come from?

From your jobs. Send us photos as you work and we turn them into posts.

What about more than one location?

Growth and Elite cover each of your locations, with their own posts, reviews and map tracking.

How do customers get the review request?

After each finished job, sent from your business. Every customer gets the same request, and nobody is offered anything for a review.

How often do you post?

About three times a week, from your real jobs and photos. More photos from you means better posts.

Is the profile ours?

Yes. The profile, the reviews and your business facts stay yours.
