Every service level includes world-class support from our account team. You’ll have one point of contact to communicate with and one project manager behind the scenes making sure everything gets done right.
WordPress Tasks
Our basic and standard levels allow you to submit one WordPress task at a time. A task is defined as one single “job” that needs to be done, which should be roughly one hour or less to complete. See our service terms for complete details. Examples of tasks include:
- Basic HTML edits and changes
- CSS stying and updates
- Javascript changes including snippet and code installations
- Content updates including new page builds
- Image changes and updates (standard and premium)
- Creation of basic graphics (standard and premium)
- Plugin installation and implementation
- Page-speed optimization
Examples of tasks that would not be included are:
Our basic and standard levels allow you to submit one WordPress task at a time. A task is defined as one single “job” that needs to be done, which should be roughly one hour or less to complete. See our service terms for complete details. Examples of tasks include:
- Custom plugin or theme development
- Back-end custom development
- Third-party integrations that are not “plug-and-play”
- Woocommerce customization such as modifying plugins to achieve different features
Our premium service level allows you to submit unlimited simultaneous tasks – so you don’t have to wait for the first one to be done before submitting the second.
Graphics And Design Tasks
Our standard level allows you to submit one graphic design task at a time, while the premium allows unlimited submissions.
These tasks should be for the website – i.e. not designs for brochures or other offline marketing.

You will be provided with an email address you can use to submit tasks any time of the day.
One business day turnaround
Please allow one business day to start your task, and consider this when choosing when to submit your task. We will work on the task as soon as we can, but they are processed in the order received and there are no guarantees tasks can be completed in the same day.
Up to 30 minutes/1 hour per business day
Our basic level includes up to 30 minutes per day of work on your approved task. In some cases, this will mean a task will be split up across two business days.
Our standard level includes up to one hour per day of work on your approved task. This should allow any approved tasks to be completed within one business day.
Our premium level also includes up to one hour per day of work on your approved task. In cases where the amount of work to complete the task require more than one hour, the work will be split across multiple business days.
Tasks can be bigger than one hour
Our premium level allows more complicated and detailed tasks. For example, you might have 5-10 new pages you would like built. On premium that can be submitted as a single task. You might want some kind of CSS animation implemented, or scripting done. On premium, any task in scope is going to be approved. On the basic and standard levels, we may propose splitting the task into multiple tasks.
Woocommerce support
All plans include support for Woocommerce. Product adds/changes, pricing updates, anything you can think of – just email it in and we’ll take care of it for you. Note this does not include custom programming for integrations. If in doubt, ask!
World-class hosting with Kinsta
We use Kinsta for all of our sites and highly recommend it. Our standard and premium levels include the option for us to migrate your site to Kinsta. Note that this includes the traffic limits of their Starter plan – which you can see here: https://kinsta.com/plans/. If your traffic exceeds those limits we will increase your plan costs to cover the difference. If in doubt, check with us prior to purchase!
Up-time monitoring
We will monitor your site to ensure it is not down. If the site does go down we will be notified immediately and we will take steps to fix it right away.
Theme, plugin, and core software updates
We will keep your site up to date. This means we’ll be checking the site every business day for updates and completing them for you.
Managed security
We will install, configure, and manage a plugin that will keep your site secure from basic internet threats.
Backups and restorations
We will ensure daily backups of your website are happening – if your host does not do them automatically we will make sure they are happening. Then, in a situation where your site needs to be restored, we will take care of that for you.
