How does the process work?

After you purchase there is an intake form which asks everything we need to know, and you will get an email with instructions for giving us access. If the team has questions we will ask, otherwise we will be building the campaign for you to review with a typical initial delivery time of 7-10 days.

How many campaigns are included?

That depends on your budget and goals. We limit the monthly spend, that is a better measure of how complex your account setup is. If it takes three campaigns to get the results you are looking for, why would we charge more?

Is this a white-labeled service?

Yes, it can be. If you’re a business owner, we will connect with your Facebook Page and Ad Account through our business manager. If you’re an agency working on behalf of clients, you will add us as an employee within your business manager.

Do you work on weekends and holidays?

No — the team is off on weekends and holidays. Please consider that when purchasing the gig, as well as when sending messages.

How many audiences can I target? How many ad versions can I run?

This depends on your monthly budget. We’re not going to limit those, it doesn’t make sense to do that. What matters is dedicating enough budget to split-test effectively, and then managing that process proactively. That’s what our team does.

Can I review the ads before they are published?

Yes, all campaigns are built by a Digital Marketing Specialist and reviewed by a Digital Marketing Manager first. Then campaigns are client-reviewed before they are published. There are rarely major changes, but we find clients like to make a few tweaks to it — and we’re happy to accommodate that!

Will you manage and optimize the campaigns on an ongoing basis?

Basic level gig: No, we do not manage these ads once we create them for you. We provide you with a strategy document giving you best practices for managing your ads. Standard & Premium level gig: Yes! Both the Standard and Premium level gig includes 2-3 weeks of ongoing management (optimization)

Is there a minimum budget?

Yes, you should be willing to spend $10/day or $300/month. We find that if you’re counting on a lower budget to get results, this is probably not the best approach for you to take. Also, even if your budget is $5,000 per month, we recommend starting slowly and testing to see what works.

What kind of results will I get?

This depends on a lot of factors — most importantly, the quality of your landing pages and offers. We will send the right traffic to you, but your site is responsible for converting it to buyers. We cannot guarantee sales or results, as we can only control who is sent, not what they do!
