I've been in and around SEO since the early 2000s and tried both DIY and agencies. Very impressed with Heaviside both for running their operations / customer service well, as well as (arguably most importantly) the quality of SEO keyword research and FB ad management they provide. Whether you're a standalone business owner or setting up your own digital marketing agency and want to outsource, HVG provide solid, no-nonsense results at competitive (but realistic) prices.

About Service

A digital marketing agency can help you expand your business and improve the overall performance of your company. But, you have to make sure that you work with an agency that knows what they're doing. Not all agencies are equal, especially when it comes to digital marketing. Let's take a look at the traits of a great digital marketing agency.

First of all, a digital marketing agency isn't like your regular in-house agency. In-house agencies are usually focused on results - they know how to work with a certain demographic group to get the right kind of responses. A digital marketing agency, however, is a lead-generating and brand-development engine. This means that if you want to work with them, you have to be willing to do whatever it takes to get their attention. If you go into an agency without knowing what kind of results you want or what you plan on getting out of it, you might not find the right talent.

Digital marketing agencies have to be able to put the data and findings they collect to work for their client. If they aren't good with this, your business could very well be hurt because they wouldn't know which types of campaigns to pursue or which strategies to use to benefit from the data they collect. This means you need to have a good relationship with your digital marketing agency, or you'll just be throwing your money away on ineffective campaigns.

Another characteristic of a great digital marketing agency makes it easier to work together. You can tell if an agency has the right people by the way they talk to you. It's clear when someone isn't on the same page as you - and that's when it's time to move on and find someone who will. In a traditional marketing organization, the people who make the decisions are usually all on the same page; there is rarely a difference between the top person and the middle person. You don't want to work with someone who only knows his/her own opinion, and who has no interest in what you want to do or what you have to say.

When working with a digital marketing agency from the uk based scene, one thing you want to look for is an agency that values what you stand for. If they do, then they'll help you make all of your campaigns successful. From the moment you start talking about ideas, you need to focus on the value that you and your brand offer. Your values and goals should be what drives everything you do, from the content marketing to the promotions to the brand positioning. For example, your company's values may be centered around being environmentally friendly, but your brand may also be centered around using promotional tools that are printable, affordable, or unique. Both of these things are important to you, so you need to make sure your agency values both.

Finally, if you find an agency that will work closely with you, then you have found a great partner. You should never restrict your creative input to just one person, because you'll be missing out on a lot. Look for digital marketing agencies that will get multiple opinions, so you can weigh your options before making a final decision. Make sure that the people working with you understand what you stand for, what your goals are, and what you're willing to go through in order to achieve those goals. You need to trust your creative partner more than ever before if you want to work with an agency that will help grow your business.

Digital Marketing Agency Stamford, Connecticut

ABOUT Stamford

Stamford was known as Rippowam by the Siwanoy Native American inhabitants to the region, and the very first European settlers to the area also referred to it as such. The present name is after the town of Stamford, Lincolnshire, England. The deed to Stamford was signed on July 1, 1640, between Captain Turner of the New Haven Colony and Chief Ponus. By the 18th century, one of the primary industries of the town was merchandising by water, which was possible due to Stamford's proximity to New York.

In 1692, Stamford was home to a less famous witch trial than the well-known Salem witch trials, which also occurred in 1692. The accusations were less fanatical and on a smaller scale, but they also grew to prominence through gossip and hysterics.

New Canaan officially separated from Stamford when it incorporated as a town in 1801, followed by Darien in 1820.

Starting in the late 19th century, New York residents built summer homes on the shoreline, and even back then there were some who moved to Stamford permanently and started commuting to Manhattan by train, although the practice became more popular later. Stamford incorporated as a city in 1893.

In 1950, the U.S. Census Bureau reported the city's population as 94.6% white and 5.2% black.

In the 1960s and 1970s, Stamford's commercial real estate boomed as corporations relocated from New York City to peripheral areas. A massive urban redevelopment campaign during that time resulted in a downtown with many tall office buildings. The F.D. Rich Company was the city-designated urban renewal developer of the downtown area in an ongoing redevelopment project that was contentious, beginning in the 1960s and continuing through the 1970s. The company put up what was the city's tallest structure, One Landmark Square, at 21 floors high, and the GTE building (now One Stamford Forum), along with the Marriott Hotel, the Stamford Town Center and many of the other downtown office buildings. One Landmark Square has since been dwarfed by the new 34-story Trump Parc Stamford condominium tower, and then again by the Atlantic Station development, another project by the Rich Company in partnership with Cappelli Enterprises. Over the years, other developers have joined in building up the downtown, a process that continued, with breaks during downturns in the economy, through the 1980s and 1990s and into the new century.

Since 2008, an 80-acre mixed-use redevelopment project for the Stamford's Harbor Point neighborhood has added additional growth south of the city's downtown area. The redevelopment plan included 6,000,000 square feet (560,000 m2) of new residential, retail, office and hotel space, and a marina. In July 2012, roughly 900 of the projected 4,000 Harbor Point residential units had been constructed. New restaurants and recreational activities have come up in the Harbor Point area, which is considered as New Stamford. From 2008 to 2017, the city issued permits for 4,341 housing units.

During the COVID-19 pandemic in the U.S., residents of New York fled to Stamford and its metropolitan area.

At the American Community Survey's 2019 estimates, the city had a population of 129,638. The racial makeup of the city was 51.1% non-Hispanic white, 10.1% Black or African American, 0.3% American Indian or Alaska Native, 9.2% Asian American, 10.4% from some other race, 3.5% from two or more races, and 26.5% Hispanic or Latino (of any race). Of the Hispanic or Latin American population, Puerto Ricans form the largest group (4.8%) followed by Mexicans, Cubans, and other Hispanics or Latinos. The median age was 37.2 in 2018, lower than the national average of 37.9.

There were 54,513 housing units at the 2018 estimates and 50,847 households. The average household size was 2.53 and there were approximately 31,347 families living in the city. The owner-occupied housing rate was 46.6% and the renter-occupied housing rate was 53.4%. Stamford's median household income from 2014 to 2018 was $83,309 and the per capita income was $55,059. About 9.3% of the population was at or below the poverty line.

In 2010, its population was 122,643. At the U.S. Census Bureau's mid-year 2010 estimates, it grew to 122,902. Roughly 49.8% of the population was non-Hispanic white, 12.9% Black or African American, 0.2% American Indian or Alaska Native, 6.8% Asian, 1.6% from two or more races, and 28.3% Hispanic or Latino. The American Community Survey determined there were 46,396 households. The average household size was 2.56 and the average family size was 3.15. The owner-occupied housing rate was 56.5% and the renter-occupied rate was 43.5%.

The 2000 census determined Stamford had a population of 117,083. The proportion of the population under the age of 18 was 21.6%, age 18 to 24 was 7.8%, age 25 to 44 was 32.5%, age 45 to 64 was 25.0%, and 65 years of age or older was 13.1%. The median age of 37.1 was slightly lower than the U.S. median age of 37.2. Composition of the population based on sex was 50.7 females to 49.3 males.

According to Sperling's BestPlaces, 64.0% of the city's inhabitants are religious or religiously affiliated. The largest religious group in the city are Christians, followed by Judaism, Islam, and eastern religions including Hinduism and Buddhism. The largest Christian denomination in the city is the Roman Catholic Church, served by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bridgeport.

According to FBI statistics in 2014, Stamford is the 16th safest of the 269 cities in the nation and well ahead of any in Connecticut with a population greater than 100,000 that report crime statistics to the FBI. In 2015, Stamford had three murders, 19 rapes, and 92 robberies. Crime in Stamford is much more controlled in comparison to cities with similar population size in Connecticut and nationally. Lower crime rates in Stamford are attributed to the city's robust economic growth in recent decades.Criminal cases are prosecuted by the State's Attorney's Office and Stamford is home to a State Superior Court which is located on 123 Hoyt Street adjacent to the Stamford Police Headquarters.

About Connecticut

Connecticut is an excellent place to live in general. The state has lots of outdoor recreational activities as well as plenty of opportunities for cultural entertainment. But Connecticut is also famous for its historic towns, with an impressive history that dates back to the earliest settlements in America. Geography in Connecticut also plays a large role in preserving the character of this interesting part of America.

Today Connecticut is in the center of the major urban Industrial complex, bordering Massachusetts to the southwest, Rhode Island to the northwest, Long Island Sound to the southeast and New York City to the southwest. At one time during the colonial period, the state was a sparsely populated wilderness. But, today it is one of the most densely populated states with many cities containing over a million people. Today, there are many magnificent cities in Connecticut, such as New Haven, Connecticut's largest city, which is also the home of Yale University.

Geography in Connecticut means very much more than what you might expect from a simple definition. For example, because of its location on the ocean, Connecticut is home to some of the most spectacular natural beauty in the Northeast. Because of its location at the edge of this long line of islands, New England has a long coastline and deep canyon-like canyons. Connecticut's shoreline is mostly on the Connecticut River, giving it a temperate climate year round. Geology also plays a large role in how geography relates to culture in Connecticut.

Geographically, the state's topography is marked primarily by mountainous areas. Connecticut is also home to many streams, springs and rivers. These areas have diverse soil types and minerals, creating unique microclimates. And because of these microclimates, the quality of soil is extremely varied.

In terms of growth and development, Connecticut's cities rank among the most densely populated in the United States. Although there are a few cities that have a higher population density than others, like Greenwich, Connecticut, the urban area population is less than one per cent. The cities are spread out and urban in nature. They contain a mixture of residential communities like downtown Connecticut and large suburbanized areas like Greenwich.

Connecticut towns and cities like New London, Connecticut; New Haven, Connecticut; New Milford, Connecticut and Wallingford, Connecticut are filled with history and heritage. Many of these cities were once busy fishing ports and manufacturing centers. They also once had thriving city industries, like metal works, foundries and canneries. But now they have largely succeeded in becoming more modern and centers for business, government and higher education. Many older, smaller cities along the coast have become ghost towns. A new trend in urban renewal has brought more modernization to areas like New Haven, Connecticut, but it appears that this plan will take time and may not be fully implemented.

Urban renewal in Connecticut has taken on a distinctly New England feel with new town planning and development around state colleges in Connecticut. In New Haven, the city is working on developing the docklands around the mouth of the Connecticut River. In New Milford, the city is looking to develop the southern part of what used to be farmland. The state capital, Washington, DC, is also an important part of this process as it covers much of what is currently New England.

Urban renewal in Connecticut has produced mixed results. There are areas where the growth is significant, and other places where little new development is occurring. This may be due to state budget problems or changing views on urban development in the New England states. In any case, it has been an active process and a cause for much excitement in some parts of the state.
